TJC mangoes are the world’s largest, juiciest mangoes! The average weight of the fruit is about 600 grams. TomEJC emerged as a new variety among the collection of indigenous and introduced mango varieties. TomEJC or TJC mango received formal recognition from the Department of Agriculture in 2003 and is now a recommended cultivar for the dry and intermediate zones of Sri Lanka and can be planted as a garden plant in areas of Colombo District.
