Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 40 days. If 40 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or products that contain flammable liquids or gases

Sale items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be mailed a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gifter shipped the order to you later, we will send the refund to the gifter and they will process your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
